Glen's voice, losing it?

It seems as if in his solo album he just doesn't have his 'old' lyrical skills, he could hit such great notes before, in his solo album it's just sort of 'blah'. To me, he sort of has 'descreased' in the amount of trying to sing as good as he can...Just my opnion.
